Since opening 'JJ' at Tung Loi Lane, a habit has formed.

Arriving at the shop at 5:00 AM to prep for breakfast, feeling extremely sleepy—it's essential to start with a cup of hot milk tea for that hit of caffeine and calories.

Having started the early shift these past two weeks, the craving kicked in. It turns out that within a 5-minute walk, I couldn't find a single decent cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea.

It feels like there's a responsibility to supply it here in Prince's Building.

Time for a bit of nostalgia—selling at our original opening prices:

呢兩年，考慮過搬珍姐嘅位置包括山頂，機場，香港仔魚市場，曼谷Song Wat，長野縣田中市。

今日呢個位，諗都無諗過。多謝 .land 既信任，幽默，同瘋狂。

文華酒店，立法局/終審法院，三大發鈔銀行，太子大廈，地鐵站出口，圍住皇后像廣場。呢度熟悉嘅風景，咁多年接近不變。

可以參與保持呢種美感，可能係珍姐一生最大既榮幸，亦都應該係我地最後既終點。

因為工程超支同超時（主要係我麻煩），非常抱歉，為免財困，就算唔係100% ready，都要勉強開業。

聽到好多擔心珍姐氣氛會改變既聲音，我哋有盡力處理。希望大家入到嚟第一個感覺，係乜都無改變。

訂位link一樣，價錢都一樣，會有一直想做既新野。另設VIP Room, 少量walk in 位置，加長宵夜時段。

Over the last two years, our search for a new home took us from The Peak, the Aberdeen Fish Market, HK Airport, to international destinations like Songwat of Bangkok and Nagano.

Our eventual landing spot at home was entirely unexpected. I am deeply grateful to .land for their trust, their sense of humor, and sheer madness.

Nestled among the city's icons—the Mandarin Oriental, Court of Final Appeal, the major banks, and Prince’s Building surrounding the Statue Square. This scenery has stood the test of time, remaining unchanged through the years.

It is the honor of a lifetime for Big JJ to contribute to the beauty of this historic area. This is where we intend to stay.

Due to construction delays and budget increases (largely due to my own intolerable demands), we are opening out before being fully prepared to avoid financial ruin. My apologies for the "rough" start.

To those worried about our atmosphere changing: we have worked tirelessly to ensure that once you step inside, it feels like nothing has changed.

Our booking link and pricing remain the same. We are also introducing a VIP Room, walk-in availability, and an extended supper session.

We thank our guests for their unwavering grace and support.

好唔鐘意日日都無位既雪櫃，粒番茄一定要俾人責住。
好唔鐘意打個邊爐都要book兩星期。
好唔鐘意水喉舊，啲水過極filter都覺得硬。
好唔鐘意無位放紙皮要俾人見到。
好唔鐘意無位放beer tap做唔到long pour。
好唔鐘意廁所咁近冷氣散熱點搞都係熱。
好唔鐘意炸爐唔夠大回溫慢，多單時扯唔脆。
好唔鐘意想傾計時太嘈，想唱歌又嫌太靜。
好唔鐘意無酒櫃要即chill支紅酒先serve到。

好唔鐘意珍姐到想執咗佢。

上年其實有個位傾好咗，可以無縫交接。可能後尾業主覺得我地太廢，握咗手之後，無端端租咗俾其他人。

覺得係天意，叫我收皮。

點知真正既天意，係一個我完全無想像過既位置，
突然問我有冇興趣。The catch is, 要賭身家。

冤枉嚟，冤枉去，買定離咗手。

希望3月既新珍姐，我會愛多啲。
