Pairing The Best by les vergers Boiron Pairing the best is an exciting brand new international culinary and mixology pairing competition created by les vergers Boiron.

This challenge will see chefs and bartenders join forces at Finale in June 2013 in Hong Kong. The first ever finale will be in Hong Kong on June 25th 2013 ( tentatively) and will see eight teams of various Asian countries competing for the title. A team consists of one culinary chef and one mixologist. Both have to be nationals of the country they represent. Each team will be required to prepare and present a well balanced three courses menu with a pairing beverage for each course.
