Our idea was simple - bring that experience, the sweetness and the freshness we have tasted in the farms, to Hong Kong. Cherries are seasonal, and the premium ones from Tasmania are available around December to
February each year. We would only bring back what's best at that time. We have connections to multiple farms to secure the best quality and always bring back the right variety at the right time. We aim to provide premium quality large size cherries, which are rare and hard to find in Hong Kong - even if you are willing to pay a high price, they go out of stock very quickly in supermarkets. To save you from the disappointment, the travelling time to and from the supermarket, the long queue to checkout, the energy to carry them back home and the risk that you are purchasing stocks that has been there for quite some time, we started CherryChaps. We provide chill delivery with a gift card option of all our premium quality cherries - all arrive in Hong Kong within 48 hours picking from the trees in Tasmania. Since we do not have a retail outlet, small number of staff, minimal advertising costs, and that we import huge quantities from the farms directly, we assure you the price you are paying here will be much less than that in the supermarkets, not to mention we have a chill delivery service. Note: normal supermarket delivery service is not chilled and the changes in temperature will significantly affect the texture of the cherries - it goes soft, and nobody likes it soft :)
