Every terroir carries its own rhythm.

For Oaxaca, it might be the warmth of pozole shared beneath the afternoon sun. By evening, that rhythm lingers in a different form — a martini glass in hand and the sound of saxophone from Raisa7sax saxophone player drifting through the room.

Dirty Pozole is Peridot’s interpretation of that memory.

On 21 June, Pete opens the series with a selection of disco, funk, house and the sounds of Hong Kong past and present.

recently came to Peridot for one evening all the way from Tokyo, with .marcu_ behind the bar.

Andrei’s menu moved from bright highballs and pear-forward textures to dark chocolate, whisky, and smoke layered with depth.

Our special thanks to Andrei, , and everyone who joined the evening.

Some of our best nights are shared with friends.

Friends of Peridot

arrives at Peridot for one evening with .marcu_ behind the bar.

Now leading Gold Bar at EDITION in Tokyo, Andrei brings a perspective shaped across his time in London, Osaka, and Tokyo.

From the creative spirit of and to the rhythm of Tokyo, his cocktails balance seasonality and experimentation with clarity and quiet energy.

The evening is presented in partnership with , inspired by the botanicals, spices, and flavours found along the historic Silk Road.

Some nights remind us why we keep inviting friends back.
athens, ranked No. 8 on World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, brought Athens to Peridot for an evening last night.

With behind the bar, the menu moved between contrast and balance, from the heat of the Picante to the quiet structure of the Rosita.
