I learnt how to cook watching my mother and I enjoy cooking different dishes and adding my own little twist. Indian cooking comprises of food from various parts of India and is a combination of various aromatic spices. Being a foodie myself I enjoy good, clean food. There are lots of Indian restaurants in Hong Kong but nothing compares to a good home cooked meal. My menu comprises of not only trad

itional Indian but also Sri Lankan/Seafood dishes dishes, that are simple yet extremely flavourful. I don't just enjoy cooking but also hosting friends and family whenever I get time and I would love to share my background and authentic flavours with you.
