為期兩日的「日感法式.乳之美學」演示會已正式圓滿結束!

感謝兩天以來接近 90 位香港餐飲與烘焙界專業同仁的參與。現場的熱烈交流與對品質的共同追求,讓這場演示會不僅是技術的傳遞,更是一次難得的靈魂共鳴。

首次訪港的 中山洋平 (Yohei Nakayama) 主廚對這次行程感觸良多。在繁忙的演示之餘,中山主廚也深深被香港的魅力吸引。他讚嘆香港美食的多元與層次,更對維多利亞港迷人的夜色與海港美景流連忘返。

在剛圓滿結束的「亞洲咖啡音樂節」(ACMF) 中,演示台上的每一杯拉花都承載著對品質的高度要求。

台灣著名拉花咖啡師 李維軒 現場展示的作品,不僅展現了深厚的個人技術,同時也考驗著器材與食材在演示過程中的穩定性。在環節中,李維軒 現場操作的 Storm Tempesta 咖啡機,自 2022 年起已連續 4 年成為 World Barista Championship (WBC) 的指定器材;WBC 對賽場用機的要求極高,每一台入選器材均需通過嚴格的性能考驗,是目前全球咖啡競賽中具代表性的專業指標。
