About this beer:
Deadman Brewery × Ārpus Brewing Co. team up for a juicy, winey DDH Double Hazy IPA built on a silky oat-and-wheat body. Mosaic delivers tropical fruits and berries with citrus and faint pine, while Nelson Sauvin adds white-grape / Sauvignon Blanc–like character plus a touch of sour elegance.
Using dual dry-hops, the focus stays on maximum aroma and flavor (not bitterness). Expect a palate of tropical fruits and white grapes, evolving into grapefruit, green grapes, herbal spices, finishing with soft, persistent hop bitterness.

Best paired with fish or shrimps with lemon/garlic/herb sauce or just Brie/Camembert .
