關於本公司：
熱火1000 (HeatFire1000)公司成立於2006年，最初業務主要為巿埸推廣，由於負責人Dominic Lau 於烈酒丶啤酒和葡萄酒市埸工作超過二十年，適逢近年政府致力推廣葡萄酒 ，兼免紅酒稅 ，故此本公司亦轉型，集中於紅酒業務中。近年除了為個別紅酒公司兼任業務顧問及營銷人員外，亦發展自家業務，結合不同伙伴，主攻中國、香淃批發、直銷生意，尤以法國列級酒莊酒，逐漸成為主要項目。
此外，亦有推介平、靚、正之婚宴酒，其中以澳洲、智利為主 。
負責人簡介:
Dominic 於行內已工作超過二十年，曾於多間國際企業營銷及培訓部工作如牛奶公司丶英美煙草丶馬爹利洋酒丶荷蘭喜力啤酒丶日本朝日啤酒等 。故此在前線員工之營銷培訓，團隊管理，市務及營銷策略有豐厚之背景。
並於1996年完成了由SOPEXA所教授之紅酒中級課程 。且於2006年完成了澳洲阿德雷德大學之工商管理碩士課
程 (MBA)。
Company Background:
HeatFire1000 is established in 2006 by Mr. Dominic, who had over 20 years of experience in the wine & spirits market, seized the opportunity and turned back
to his expertise, wine business, in recent years. Currently, Dominic worked as part-time wine consultant for some wine firms. On the other hand, Dominic co-operated with some strategic partners in developing the wholesale & direct selling market
both in Hong Kong & China. It involves the business of fine wine mainly, the second tier items are mainly wedding & party wines. Owner’s Background:
Dominic worked in Fast Moving Consumer Goods for more than 20 years including Dairy Farm, British American Tobaccos,
Martell Far East Trading Limited, Heineken Beer & Asahi Beer. He had rich experience in sales training; team management;
sales & marketing strategic planning. He finished the Intermediate Level of SOPEXA Wine Course in 1996. Then he completed the MBA of University of Adelaide of Australia in 2006.
