Incredibowl is a bread bowl food stall pop-up taking place ONLY on Sunday 6th Dec 2015, Tong Chong Street Market, TaiKoo Place, Quarry Bay. We offer 2 flavours: "Got balls?", and "Sweetheart". We'll let you discover what they are on the day. We are a group of tenants working full-time at TaiKoo Place and Cityplaza who were recruited to partake in Swire Properties Ltd's "Project After 6: Executiv

e Chef" tenant engagement programme. We underwent a series of mentoring, seminars, and workshops from Chef Christian Yang and other restaurateurs in the industry from Grassroot Pantry, HK Brew Craft, 3/3rds, Common Ground, KASA, Bread and Beast, The Butcher's Club, The Woods, and many more. All this after-work-hour training culminates to a day at Tong Chong Street Market at TaiKoo Place selling our very own street food creation - the Incredibowl.
