☀️ Thanks to a warm spring, the vines flowered on the summer solstice, developing high sugar and acidity; hand-picking took place under optimal conditions.
🐅 A virile, strongly built wine with restrained power, “feline like a snow tiger,” which has reached a new summit and will stand for the next 50 years.
👅 Pale yellow with green hints, “as bright as morning sunlight on the highest snow caps.” Fine, active bubbles accompanied by green apple, lemon, and grapefruit, gradually unfolding into mellow notes of ripe pear and kiwi.
