The renowned Wuyi Rock Tea, produced in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province, benefits from the area’s unique Danxia landform, where weathered rock layers and gravelly soil blend together, creating a uniquely favorable growing environment - the tea region is surrounded by clouds and mist, with overlapping mountain cliffs that provide shade in summer and shelter from the wind in winter. These natural barriers endow the tea leaves with a unique flavor.
Winston Lau, the founder of Mindful Sparks, and Kelvin Mok, the tea sommelier of Lai Ching Heen, traveled together to Wuyi Mountain to seek out the finest tea leaves, dedicating themselves to creating the astonishing sparkling tea.
Visit Lai Ching Heen on July 16th to be among the first to exclusively experience the upcoming Wuyi Mountain tea tasting menu, savoring top-notch Cantonese cuisine paired with the masterpiece of the tea master – Sparkling Da Hong Pao with White Peach.
