【Exhibition】《煮煮畫畫》美食插畫展 by Hecookshedraws • 30/8 - 30/9

Palate Palette 煮煮畫畫展是一個關於食物、創作與日常陪伴的展覽。

從招待愈來愈多好友和客人開始，Sara發現大家都很想知道每道菜的用料或烹調步驟，而遠在廚房裏的Jantzen可沒有空每道菜都停下來出來解釋，所以她開始把繁複的步驟用圖畫表現出來，美麗的食譜也成為菜式的一部分。

除了色彩繽紛的食譜，現場更將特別築起一面時光牆，展出超過 50 幅手繪實體菜單。這些菜單不僅記錄了無數個在廚房與餐桌旁度過的晨昏，更是一個個親友歡聚的精華紀錄。

"Palate Palette" Food Illustration Exhibition by Hecookshedraws

The Palate Palette exhibition is a celebration of food, creativity, and everyday companionship.

It all began when Sara and Jantzen started hosting more friends and guests. Sara noticed how curious everyone was about the ingredients and cooking steps for each dish. Since Jantzen was busy in the kitchen and couldn't pop out to explain every plate, she began turning complex recipes into vivid illustrations—making these beautiful visual recipes a natural extension of the meal itself.

Beyond the colorful illustrated recipes, the exhibition features a special "Memory Wall" showcasing over 50 hand-drawn physical menus. More than just a record of countless days spent around the kitchen and dining table, these menus serve as captured memories of warm gatherings with dear friends and family.

Hecookshedraws原為Jantzen和Sara夫婦於2020年合作創立的食譜分享站，本來只在疫情期間在家中分享畫作和煮食心得，後演變成一家專為親友而設的私房菜和匯聚訂閱者來自世界各地的手繪食譜俱樂部。

Hecookshedraws was founded by husband-wife team Jantzen Ieong and Sara Chan in 2020. What began as a recipe sharing site during COVID lockdown time has grown into a wonderful Private Kitchen for friends and family and a Recipe Art club with subscribers from all over the world.
