Flame-O-Joy 是持有食物製造廠牌照的公司，有自家工場及冷倉庫設備。 為了讓客人燒烤也可吃得健康，我們在醃制食物方面，不添加防腐劑並採用天然蔬菜汁醃製以代替一般鬆肉粉及人造色素，令肉質更加鮮甜鬆軟。此外，我們不時設計多款時令蔬菜類產品和海鮮，打破燒烤只吃肉的概念。

City life is hectic, everyone is busy with life and has no time to prepare food for bbq/hotpot events. Flame-O-Joy truly understands that everyone wants excellent

food but not at a hefty price; wants unique food but not knowing how to make; wants MSG-free food but not knowing where to buy; and most important, wants to eat but not worry about the logistics of getting the food! We aim for BBQ healthily, our preservative-free BBQ food is marinated with specialty vegetable sauce to substitute the meat tenderizer and artificial coloring. BBQ is more than just meat! We sourced various kinds of veggies and seafood for our customers to choose from, and will occasionally design different seasonal vegetables to keep you fresh.
