In addition to cupping after every single roast, the Blooms roasting team regularly cups all our coffees over time to ensure that their quality remains consistently excellent. For our wholesale partners, this rigorous routine serves as our quality guarantee, ensuring that every single bag of coffee beans delivers peak performance and remains in its absolute best condition.

Brewing coffee using a cold brew method beautifully brings out a natural sweetness, a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel, and a refreshing, low-acidity clean finish.

Simply prepare:
30g coffee grounds (coarse grind)
350ml cold filtered water
Mix and seal tightly, then steep in the refrigerator undisturbed for 12–16 hours before thoroughly straining the coffee grounds.
Smooth, sweet, and distinctly refreshing—allowing you to fully enjoy excellent coffee right at home.

咁熱嘅天氣，飲杯冷萃咖啡真係好舒服

只要準備：
30g 咖啡粉（粗磨度）
350ml 冷過濾水 混合並蓋緊容器，放進雪櫃冷藏靜置萃取 12–16 小時，最後徹底過濾咖啡粉，就會得到一杯口感圓潤順滑同清爽低酸度尾韻的咖啡。

The unique microclimate combined with traditional garden cultivation gives the coffee a smooth mouthfeel and a bright acidity—perfect for brewing as a hand drip.

Brewing coffee using a hand drip method beautifully brings out a vibrant acidity, delicate floral and fruity aromas, and a clean, layered complexity.

Simply prepare:
15g coffee grounds (medium grind)
225ml hot water (approx. 92–94°C)
Pour in three stages (start with a 30-second bloom, then steady pours up to 120ml and 225ml), aiming for a total brew time of 2:00–2:30.
Vibrant, delicate, and distinctly layered—allowing you to fully enjoy excellent coffee right at home.

用手沖方式沖煮咖啡，可以帶出明亮嘅酸質、細緻花果香同乾淨的層次感。

只要準備：
15g Blooms 咖啡粉（中磨度）
225ml 熱水（約90-95°C）
分三段注水（先悶蒸 30 秒，再穩定注水至 120ml 及 225ml），目標總沖煮時間為 2:00–2:30。
