Lagavulin Distiller's Edition 1979 18YO 1L 43%

Lagavilin Distiller's Edition第一版，1979蒸餾，1997裝瓶推出，用PX Sherry過桶。Whiskybase: 90.79 (101人評分)；Whiskyfun: 92。舊版酒近年已經愈來愈罕有，價錢水漲船高，絕對值得入手一支。

以下係來自Whiskyfun既TN：

Colour：Amber.

Nose：a lot of chocolate, black to***co, dried porcinis, chocolate/orange, then old vermouth, with this bitter, spicy, herbal kind of profile, then cordite, gunpowder, old sweaty guitar strings (says Angus, who’s a guitarist), and a little smoky bacon as well as a few drops of orange bitters.

Mouth：big, heavy delivery, very smoky, with seashore bonfire, smoked seafood, a little medicine, ash, mercurochrome, bitter oranges, touches of cumin and cloves, something dry and waxy… Really big mouth feel, very engaging, the whole being bigger than expected. Salty chocolate with bits of oranges.

Finish：quite long, ashy and oily, wood ashes and an elegant mix of different oils. A fading rubbery saltiness. The oranges turn into pink grapefruits (says sudden co-taster Diego). Medium length.

Comments：one of those whiskies that can change quite a lot depending on the other whiskies you’ve had just before, but it’s a great, great one for sure. A lot of pleasure in this. If only all finishings would be like this!

Wilson & Morgan Ledaig 1993 25YO Oloroso Sherry Finished 51%

Wilson & Morgan 既Sherry真係冇失望過，雖然好多時都係過桶，但無損老闆出色既揀酒功力。

呢款Ledaig 25年先喺波本桶陳年21，再喺2nd fill Oloroso Sherry Cask過桶四年。再加上Ledaig係一款出色既泥煤威士忌，一向同雪莉桶有非常好既結合，尤其是年年份較高既酒液，感覺較含蓄，細緻。經過25年陳年，泥煤已經被馴化，伴隨著皮革同土壤的味道。更令人驚訝，係香氣中帶有果香，更乎花香既氣味，其中蘋果及杏桃既香氣突出。

Wilson & Morgan，Ledaig，Oloroso Sherry Finished，25年酒，呢個組合，真係冇得輸。除左質素有保證，仲有個靚靚外盒，送禮自用皆宜。

瑞士Säntis Malt Old Oak Peated Beer Cask 山蹄士泥煤老啤酒桶 52%

第一次推薦瑞士威士忌，瑞士Säntis泥煤老啤酒桶，開過好多支俾朋友飲，每次都讚不絕口，但因為產量唔多，好少有機會俾大家帶到返屋企。今次新Batch一出，我立即把握機會，同上家講要留俾我。以前只有500ml，今次有700ml，性價比非常高。

Tasting Notes:
2010年威士忌聖經最佳歐洲威士忌得獎，不同於蘇格蘭威士忌的泥煤香氣，有明顯燒龍眼木、營火、新皮革。

醒酒後、煙燻烏梅、麥芽、熟熱帶水果的香氣相繼出現，需要些時間醒酒，讓酒的香氣慢慢釋出，香甜的麥牙口感，酒體帶有厚實的胭酯口感，尾韻非常長夏天更適合加冰塊一起品飲，或放進冷凍庫搭配台式滷味、燒烤、凍飲搭配麻辣鍋都非常搭!

瑞士Santis Malt的泥煤採自酒廠附近的沼澤地，麥芽則生長在跟酒廠同水源的産地。在生産泥煤原酒前，麥芽會做二次乾燥，用本土泥煤，三種濕木片（橡木，蘋果木，櫻桃木）來對濕麥芽做48小時的燻烤，也就是這様的工法，讓這酒款竟然有著跟龍眼乾（桂圆）極其類似的香氣，口感上更有明顯的龍眼乾和煙燻烏梅的口感，52度的酒精度在厚實的酒體下並不覺得特别辣口，相隔半個地球，兩個地方竟然能做出如此類似的香氣調性，也提供給威士忌爱好者不同的選擇！

Whisky Space 試業優惠第三炮，之前兩個優惠都係普飲，第三炮黎支日本威士忌。

四月日本威士忌界又有新搞作，駒之岳同秩父分別推出由兩家酒廠蒸餾調和既純麥威士忌。特別既係原來喺2015年，兩家酒廠有互一批原酒，然後喺對方酒廠熟成，駒之岳呢支就係信州自家蒸餾的麥芽威士忌，同全程在信州熟成的秩父麥芽威士忌調和而成。有波本桶，美國白橡木桶同雪莉桶三種桶型。54%酒精度，限量10,918瓶。香港見到最平都要5千以上，Whisky Space 試業優惠，唔駛$5,000有交易。現貨只有數支，數量有限。查詢或購買，可留言，私訊或Whatspp: 9175 6336。

Tasting from Master of Malt:

Nose: The nose is very pungent and full. Notes of sour citrus develop with rich peat smoke. Hints of peppered oak and notes of sea spray pounding stones and a little kelp.

Palate: The palate is thick and full. Creamy manuka honey and lemon juice, notes of peppered oak and spice, a little butter perhaps and plenty of dry wood.

Finish: The finish is long with black pepper and oak.
