• Ísey Skyr 雲呢拿味冰島乳酪 270g｜花生醬粉 1湯匙
• 幼滑花生醬 4湯匙｜龍舌蘭糖漿 3湯匙
• 雲呢拿香精 1茶匙｜黑朱古力 100g｜烤椰子片適量

🍳 製作步驟：

底層：燕麥脆脆壓碎加 1 湯匙融化椰子油拌勻，壓入 12 格迷你矽膠模具底部。

夾心：將 Ísey Skyr 冰島乳酪、花生醬粉、花生醬、糖漿及雲呢拿香精打發至滑順。

組合：將乳酪倒入模具，頂部預留少許空間。

頂層：黑朱古力融化加入 1 湯匙融化椰子油拌勻，倒於頂層覆蓋乳酪。

冷凍：撒上烤椰子片，放冰格冷凍至少 3 小時至凝固。

保存：脫模即可享用，未食用部分請密封置於冰格保存。

🥣 Ingredients (Yield: 12 bites):
• Granola 70g | Coconut oil 2 tbsp (melted & divided)
• Ísey Skyr Vanilla 270g | Powdered peanut butter 1 tbsp
• Smooth peanut butter 4 tbsp | Agave syrup 3 tbsp
• Vanilla extract 1 tsp | Dark chocolate 100g | Roasted coconut flakes

🍳 Method:

Base: Mix crushed granola with 1 tbsp melted coconut oil; press into 12 mini mold slots.

Filling: Whisk Ísey Skyr, peanut butter powder, smooth peanut butter, agave syrup & vanilla until smooth.

Assemble: Spoon filling over base, leaving space at top.

Topping: Melt chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil; pour over filling.

Freeze: Top with coconut flakes; freeze for 3+ hours until firm.

Store: Unmold & serve. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
