Born on the bustling streets of Saigon, Mr. Bánh Mì started as a young scooter rider delivering fresh, handcrafted Vietnamese sandwiches. That red scooter and warm smile became legendary for crispy baguettes, juicy grilled meats, fragrant herbs and zesty pickles that tasted like home.
Today that same spirit has crossed the sea.
But we didn’t stop there. We refused to compromise. Fed up trying to source real fresh bánh mì bread, we brought a skilled Vietnamese baker to Hong Kong. Now we are the only place on the Southside baking fresh baguettes daily right here in our kitchen.

What a fantastic day serving up Shamrock’s signature crowd-pleasers at the British Consulate for guests and exhibitors during the IAAPA show! Huge shoutout to the brilliant Allan Lowry from ESF and Brian Hamilton from Hamac Trading – absolute legends who stopped by and devoured our mini sliders, smoked salmon blinis, and those legendary homemade pork sausage rolls! 😋🥟🐟🍔
