Our biodiversity keeps growing! ☕️🌿

Today, we joined the Global Big Day, the world’s largest bird-counting event, and the results at Finca Terrerito are truly inspiring. Thanks to our ongoing conservation efforts within our coffee plantations, we achieved:

✅ 3 new species recorded for the very first time on the farm.
✅ 32 total species observed today (documented in 2 eBird checklists).
✅ A major milestone: 113 bird species now call our farm home!

Clean water is no longer a challenge in El Caltatato.💦

What started in 2023 with a water well by Matiak Foundation www.matiakfoundation.com and Finca Terrerito is now reaching every home in El Caltatato—thanks to the collective effort of the Corquín municipality, local leadership, and the community.

This is what happens when people come together with purpose: real, lasting impact.
