Shumai 烧卖 is a type of traditional Chinese dumpling. Which literal meaning is ‘to cook and sell’. They are also called open dumplings. 🥟

We make our own with a Pork & Shrimp filling and steamed in our bamboo steamers which gives them a unique taste. 🔥
