A w**ery is not only a place where w**e is made.
It is a collection of stories, decisions, experiments, successes and generations of work hidden behind every bottle.
That is what we shared with Ben Fogle during his visit to Kabola w**ery.
From our vineyards overlooking northern Istria to the clay amphorae resting quietly beneath the cellar floor, the conversation wandered through history, nature, and the idea that some things are worth doing the slower way.
The amphorae remain at the heart of that story. Buried underground, they allow w**e to mature in its own rhythm, without shortcuts and without rushing the process.
