Zrno Eko Imanje nalazi se 55 kilometara istočno od Zagreba, u malom selu Habijanovcu. Okruženo šumom, ono je jedinstvena oaza u kojoj se pri uzgoju ne koriste ni umjetna gnojiva ni pesticidi. Pod eko certifikatom Biotechnicona više od 10 godina, Zrno eko imanje uzgaja brojne kulture te svojim originalnim proizvodima, poput Kayu kruha, pruža publici potpuno nove doživljaje kvalitete i okusa.

Two inspiring days. Countless lessons. One shared vision.

We’ve just wrapped up Market Gardening Fundamentals workshop, and what an experience it was💚

From thought provoking lectures and meaningful discussions to hands on fieldwork, every moment reminded us why organic farming and local food systems matter. Together, we explored the principles of market gardening, learned directly from experienced growers, and got our hands in the soil where the real learning happens.

Beyond the fields and classrooms, we shared unforgettable meals prepared by the incredible team at , proving once again that good food begins with healthy soil and passionate people.

This workshop was more than an educational program. It was a gathering of people who believe that agriculture can nourish communities, restore ecosystems, and create a more resilient future.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who chose to be part of this journey, our participants, instructors, and the dedicated team at Zrno Organic Farm. Your curiosity, knowledge, energy, and commitment made these two days truly special.

Hrvoje is an architect, permaculture designer, and founder of Održivo d.o.o. in Split. His work brings together sustainable architecture, holistic planning, horticultural design, and regenerative growing systems.
With a deep commitment to developing regenerative ecosystems and resilient, self sustaining communities, Hrvoje explores how thoughtful design can support both urban and rural environments.

At Zrno Organic Farm, he will share his perspective on creating living systems that work with nature, strengthen communities, and help shape a more regenerative future.

Meet Bruno Motik, one of the guest instructors at Market Gardening Fundamentals at Zrno Organic Farm, a two day workshop within the Masters of the Soil program.
Bruno is a permaculture designer, educator, innovator, and one of the pioneers of regenerative agriculture in Croatia. As co-founder of “Reciklirano imanje ZMAG” and the person behind .tech , his work connects ecological thinking, hands-on farming, and community resilience.
At the workshop Bruno will show application of different tools in market gardening, some of which he developed and designed himself.
