Realization: Because the Mrs. and I have to test other products (just have to!), we noticed that the Croation version of limoncello is incredibly similar to our Fat Guido product/flavor. Maybe we aren't as far away from the finish line as previously thought. Maybe, just maybe, we continue with some final tweaks and start moving again. This....is a good thing!!!

Update from the Fat Guido: We really believed we were marching head-long into the retail market. We've had a bit of a setback with our flavor profile. After a certain amount of time, we start losing the lemon flavor and lean towards a pine flavor, which just sucks for us. Trying to adjust our formula and chemistry to prevent this for future batches. The positive side is that we learned about this issue BEFORE hitting the retail shelves. Apparently, limoncello is a fickle bitch!!! But, we'll figure it out! If you're local to us and want to be a part of testing group, please respond via PM.
