godine preskačući jednu cijelu generaciju u obitelji Štimčevih. Na novim položajima posađen je novi vinograd, izgrađena je potrebna infrastruktura te se stvara jedna posve nova vinogradarska regija u Hrvatskoj. Obitelj Štimac je prvi investitor i idejni pokretač te nove vinogradarske regije koja u 2012. godini obuhvaća više od 80 hektara posađenih čokota loze. Nakon sadnje i izgradnje infrastruktu

re koja uključuje i vlastiti izvor vode, izgrađena je i moderno opremljena vinarija u samom vinogradu. Naziv Rizman nosi u znak sjećanja na prvog vinara u obitelji Štimac, a pod tim nazivom i logom predstavit će se svi naši budući agro proizvodi. Najpoznatiji član obitelji Štimac je Igor, nekadašnji nogometni reprezentativac koji je s Hrv. osvojio treće mjesto na Svjetskom prvenstvu u Francuskoj 1998. godine.

The dessert changes with the day and the season.
But Prošek always comes with it.

Prošek is the Dalmatian sweet wine, made with a lot of care and patience. Grapes left to dry in the sun on the vines until the sugar concentrates, then pressed and aged.

Sweet, but not simple: notes of dried figs, honey, carob and spices.

The last glass of the meal, and the one you'll remember on the way home.

A slow-cooked lamb ragù, served with ravioli filled with fresh local cheese.

The lamb comes from the hills above us. It cooks for hours, until the meat softens into the sauce.

We pour Tribidrag with this. Bold, sun-warmed, made for meat that takes its time.

A dish for a long table and good company. And afterwards, a long walk, scents of Komarna, eyes on the coast. Non-negotiable.
