The Villa has been completely renovated in 2014, and it offers a recognizable mix of modern and traditional style. e. The ground floor consists of a completely equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for eight persons and a living room with a traditional Istrian fireplace surrounded by a couch and sofa. The house has a winter garden with wooden armchairs and an exit to the garden, terrace and to the outdoor swimming pool. The ground floor contains also a laundry room, a separate bathroom and one double bedroom with bathroom which includes a special massage bathtub. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with modern designed bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is provided with an extra couch. The whole house is air conditioned and the outdoor swimming pool is heated.
