godine zasadili smo maslinik s 833 stabla, sa željom da uzgajamo masline za budućnost. Težimo proizvodnji extra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja Alveus prateći najviše standarde proizvodnje. Naše su masline ekološki kultivirane uz stručni nadzor. Maslinik se nalazi u mjestu Posedarje kod Zadra. Zasadili smo sedam različitih sorta masline (oblica, bjelica, leccino, pendolino, coratina, frantoio i levan
tinka) na šest različitih mikro lokacija, od stjenovite i suhe crvene zemlje do duboke i bogate zemlje, koja svaka na svoj način doprinosi kemijskim i organoleptičkim svojstvima našeg ulja. Naše su masline ojačane mediteranskim suncem, vlažene jugom s Jadranskog mora te osvježene i očišćene burom s Velebita. We are aiming at making extra virgin olive oil Oleum Alveus following the highest standards of olive oil production. Our olive trees are cultivated ecologically and their progress is monitored by specialists. The olive orchard is situated in the village of Posedarje, in Croatia, near the city of Zadar. Our trees are energized by strong Mediterranean Sun, watered by southern wind Jugo coming from Adriatic sea, and refreshed and cleaned with Bura, blowing straight down the hills of Velebit. We have planted seven olive cultivars (oblica, bjelica, leccino, pendolino, coratina, frantoio, levantinka) on six different micro-locations, ranging from rocky and dry Mediterranean red soils to deep, sandy and rich soils, each specifically contributing to the final chemical and organoleptic characteristics of our oil.
