🔬🍇 Little update from our winery!
Our new mini wine lab has finally arrived, and we couldn’t wait to peek into what’s happening in the glass before the wine even becomes wine. 😄 From now on, we’re able to do a few basic checks: volatile acidity, free & bound SO₂, total acidity, sugars, and alcohol.
Nothing too serious — just making sure our natural wines are happily doing their thing. 😉
We still keep our interventions minimal, but now with a bit more curiosity and a lot of fun in the lab (and with a beautifull view as always).

Because wine is alive… and we love watching it grow. 💛

🍇✨ Harvest time!

This year the vineyards gifted us with healthy, sweet, and rich clusters – Babić at its finest.
The yield is generous, the grapes carry the scent of sun and sea, soooo sweeet and juicy
We can’t wait to turn this beauty into wine that embodies all the flavors and aromas of Primošten.

pozivamo vas na večer posvećenu jednom od najvećih simbola naše Dalmacije – Babiću, najboljem vinu s ovog područja. 🌿☀️
