🍷🇮🇹 A Taste of Puglia — Part 1 | HYPNOS ROSATO 🌹

Some w**es are more than a pleasure to taste… they tell a story of culture, tradition and passion. ❤️

Today, I’m inviting you to join me on a little journey to beautiful Puglia, discovering the w**es of for the very first time.

We begin with Hypnos Rosato, a beautiful rosé made from Negroamaro, one of Puglia’s most iconic grape varieties.

Inspired by Hypnos, the Greek god of sleep, this w**e brings a little mythology into the glass.

And after my first sip… mamma mia! 😍

I think I’m hypnotised by this nectar of the gods! 🍷✨

Because for me, w**e is never just w**e. It’s history, culture, people and the passion behind every bottle.

It’s not about elegance. It’s about experiencing the w**e the way it was meant to be enjoyed. 🍷

The calice gives the w**e room to breathe, helps release its aromas, and lets you swirl the w**e to appreciate its colour and character before every sip.

The traditional goto has its own history and charm, but if you want to discover everything a w**e has to offer, the calice makes a real difference.

A small detail. A better pour. A better experience. 🍾✨

Did you know the indentation at the bottom of a sparkling w**e bottle is called the punt?

It’s not just for looks—it helps you hold the bottle more securely while pouring and is designed to withstand the pressure inside sparkling w**e bottles.

And yes… I always give my honest opinion.

Today’s bottle is a zero sugar Prosecco from Veneto that I bought as a sample to try. I’d give it an 8/10. Fresh, elegant, and definitely worth tasting.

That said, my personal favourite is still a Metodo Classico. 🥂🇮🇹
