It is more well known as a Mediterranean treat and is increasing in popularity in Europe as an everyday treat. The secret taste of success is the fine ingredients we use and our process of producing Baklava. Our relentless pursuit in development of Baklava has enabled us to become the largest Baklava manufacturer in the EU.
