Villarossa taste and shop We are a small olive oil family farm located in Rošini in Istria. Opg Villarossa je malo obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo.

Hard work and passion for our olives has lead us to create a truly superior extra virgin olive oil. Naši nonići pustili su nam nasljedstvo: sretne uspomene, obiteljsku tradiciju, zemlju i ljubav prema istoj. Naši maslenici nalaze se u mjestu Rošini (Villarossa), odmah ispod Tar-Vabrige. Godine predanosti, marljivog rada i strasti za naše masline dovelo nas do stvaranja izvrsnog maslinovog ulja. Za

svoje masline brinemo osobno, svaki dan, od cvijetanja na proljeće do postupka flaširanja. Masline se prerađuje u roku od dva sata nakon berbe hladnim prešanjem pod temperaturom koja neće utjecati na kvalitetu ulja. Ova briga i ljubav za maslinu je ključ za vrhunsku kvalitetu našeg ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja.

Opg Villarossa is a small family agricaltural business. Our grandparents left us an inheritance: happy memories, family tradition, land and love for it. Our olive groves are located in Rošini (Villarossa), just below Tar-Vabriga. Years of dedication, hard work and passion for our olives have led us to create an excellent olive oil. We take care for our olives personally, every day, from flowering in the spring to the bottling process. The olives are processed within two hours after the harvest, cold pressed under a temperature that will not affect the quality of the oil. This care and love for olive tree is the key to achive our superior quality extra virgin olive oil.

Malo dela u ulikami i vrtu prije daša. U ulikami smo posijali travu u redovima di ni nikla sama a vrt smo zaorali kako bi prontali zemju za sijanje i sadnju za slijedeće proljeće...

Dear friends, dear customers...this weekend we've finished our 2025 harvesting season. We had 7 days of really hard work...but filled with a lot of joy and happyness.
Our family shop and our webshop will be open again as soon as we finish also the filtering process.
