New shapes, sweet traditions, and the best company! 🍝✨
Our latest handmade pasta workshop at Botegin by IOSA was pure magic. From rolling out the perfect dough to mastering new traditional shapes with Chef Fabiana Mijanović, every moment was filled with laughter and authentic Istrian flavors.
And because no great meal is complete without dessert, we treated ourselves to the fluffiest homemade fritters topped with jam and mint. 🍓🤤

At Botegin by IOSA in Buščina near Umag, we had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful group of friends for a handmade pasta workshop led by Chef Fabiana Mijanović. Together, we rolled fresh pasta, shaped ravioli, shared lots of laughs, and enjoyed the authentic flavors of Istria. 🇭🇷✨

There’s something special about cooking together — turning simple ingredients into memories that stay long after the last glass of wine. ❤️

Thank you girls for bringing such amazing energy to our tasting house. We loved every minute spent with you and can’t wait to welcome you back again!
