The harvest of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes is an exciting time in winemaking. After the grapes are harvested from the vines, they are carefully separated from the stems. This process, also known as "destemming," ensures that only the grapes are used for further processing.

Once the grapes are destemmed, the pressing takes place. The grapes are gently pressed to extract the juice. This juice, also known as "must," contains the valuable aromas, sugars, and acids of the grapes. Pressing is done using specialized presses that extract the juice gently from the grapes.

The obtained juice is then further processed and fermented into wine. Depending on the desired style of wine, various techniques can be applied to highlight the specific characteristics of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.

The process of destemming and pressing is of great importance as it influences the quality and taste of the wine. Therefore, careful handling of the grapes and juice is essential to obtain our high-quality Baragne Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc wine.

First Winetasting of "Baragne " Underground Wines in this season .
At Tomos and Suzis wonderfull Restaurant Mediterran we felt so welcome !. decoration an food was like always absolutly fantasic ! HVALA VAMA !

We had such a good time and we learnd a lot about Wine. Thank you Patrick for that !

My Favorit of the evening?
I loved the bjeli Pinot and the Cabarnet Savignon most !.. ohhh and the vrhunsko Graševina was surprising...and of corse the Kadarka
