Twa Féy Kafe

Twa Féy Kafe Family owned and operated coffee farm in the mountains to the East of Thiotte, Haiti. The Twa Féy Kafe name is registered with the Haitian authorities.

The planting is the Arabica Typica variety similar to that used for Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. There are two plantings on Twa Féy Kafe´s land. An older planting (25+ years) and a more recent planting done 5 years ago which started to produce for the 2021 harvest. Both are the Arabica Typica variety. Production in 2021 was 25% old planting and 75% new. The two plantings are harvested and stored

separately. Limited accessibility to the property and normal Haitian practice means that the coffee is hand picked.
