Chicken breast Bakony style - flavors you'll never forget 😋🇭🇺

Mákos guba remastered - a true classic with a twist 😋

Mákos guba, which is a cross between poppyseed (mák) and guba (milk-boiled, flavoured fried dough) used to be a Christmas sweet in Hungary, however, nowadays it's a delicacy that's made all year long 😍 Other than the fact that it's very delicious, according to tradition poppyseed brings you luck, so there's a lot of motivation to eat as much of it as possible ☺️ I've recently had this magnificent mákos guba with raspberries and vanilla custard, which are absolutely delightful addings to the original recipe 😋

Lángos and chimney cake make everyone smile - join me on a food tour and give it a try 😍🇭🇺

The different items of traditional Hungarian cuisine many times roots in the peasant lifestyle, and lángos - probably - also comes from there. It's no miracle, considering that it only takes a bit of flour, yeast, salt and oil to make, while you can flavor it with cheese, cottage cheese and garlic. There is no summer without lángos, and you absolutely can't go to a beach in Hungary, without having one while staring at beautiful Lake Balaton 🌅🏖️
