🍎🌿 This isn't a recipe. It's a way of thinking.

There's a kind of knowledge that doesn't live in books or on YouTube. It lives in hands. In cellars. In the quiet patience of people who understood that good things don't happen fast – they happen right.

Making natural cider is my way of honouring that knowledge. Of slowing down in a world that never stops. Of choosing substance over convenience.

Because what you find on a supermarket shelf is not the same thing. It never is.

Real natural cider isn't born on a production line. It's not preserved, filtered to death, or artificially flavoured. It's grown, picked, pressed, fermented – and left to let the apple tell its own story.

Additives? Zero.
Preservatives? None.
Added sugar? Not needed.
The apple does the work – if you let it.

Some things can't be explained – they have to be lived. Cider for me isn't just a drink.
It's a process.
A philosophy.
A choice.

A choice to know exactly what goes into my glass. That the apple stays an apple – nothing more. No preservatives, no added sugar, no artificial flavours. Just the fruit, time, and patience.
Natural.
Additive-free.
Real.

And the making itself? That's meditation. Standing at the press, breathing in the scent that fills every corner of the room, watching as fresh apple juice slowly, quietly transforms into something entirely new – that's the moment it's all worth it.
No rushing.
No cutting corners.
No shortcuts.

Hamarosan véget ér a tél. Nincs kedvenc évszakom – mindegyikben találok valami szeretnivalót. ❄️ Bár a tél hideg, lehetőséget ad arra, hogy olyan dolgokat csináljak, amiket más évszakokban nem szoktam. Ez az időszak a visszatekintésé, az elmúlt év értékeléséé és a jövő megtervezéséé. ✨ Olyan sok mindent sikerült elérnem, és még annyi minden vár rám.
Összegyűjtöttem a kedvenc pillanataimat az elmúlt hónapokból. Egy körforgás, akár a bolygók mozgása – az évszakok elmúlnak, hogy újak érkezhessenek. 🌎❄️🌱

Winter is almost over. I don’t have a favorite season—I find something to love in each one. ❄️ Though winter is cold, it gives me the chance to do things I don’t usually do in other seasons. It’s a time for reflection, looking back on the past year, and setting sights on what’s ahead. ✨ So many things I managed to achieve, and so much still in front of me.
Here are my favorite moments from the past few months. A cycle, just like the planets—seasons leaving, new ones arriving. 🌎❄️🌱
