Stuart Pigott nemrégiben Magyarországon járt, és többek között a 2023-as Öreg Király Furmintunkat is értékelte: 93 pontot kapott a neves nemzetközi borkritikustól.
🥂 „Virágos és citromhéjas, komplex illat, amelyben már felsejlik a palackérlelés karaktere. A korty filigrán és fókuszált, benne koncentrált aszalt körte, ázsiai körte és Amalfi-citrom jegyeivel. Hosszú, köves lecsengés jellemzi. Rozsdamentes acélban és nagy magyar tölgyfahordóban erjesztve. A dűlő magasan fekvő, legmeredekebb részéről származik.”

Stuart Pigott recently visited Hungary, and among other wines, he tasted our 2023 Öreg Király Furmint, which received a score of 93 points from the renowned international wine critic.
🥂 "Complex nose of blossoms and lemon zest that’s just beginning to pick up some bottle-maturation character. Then, concentrated dried pear, Asian pear and Amalfi lemon character on the sleek and focused palate. Long and stony finish. Vinified in stainless steel and large Hungarian oak. From the steepest part of this high-altitude vineyard site."
