Rosé has one rule: serve it cold 🥶

8 to 10°C is the sweet spot. Too warm and it turns flat and heavy, too icy and you lose the flavour. About 30 minutes in an ice bucket gets you there.

C'est Trop is made for exactly this kind of day. Order yours at godrinks.com 📌

Two w**e facts you can now correct at dinner parties >>>

Rosé comes from red grapes only ❤️

The pink colour happens when the skins touch the juice for just a few hours, then they're removed

No white w**e involved

And that "older is better" thing?

Around 90% of w**e is made to be enjoyed within a few years of release. Only a small group of bottles actually improves with age ✨

Skip the myths. Find your bottle at godrinks.com 📌

That bottle has been sealed for months, sometimes years. Open it and the aromas are still tight and the tannins feel sharp

Give it 20 to 30 minutes in a decanter, or just swirl it in the glass. It softens and opens up

Not every w**e needs this. Bold reds like this Ceretto Barolo do. Find your next bottle on godrinks.com 🍷

Obsessed with Passione Sentimento? Same... let's take a little trip around 🇮🇹

Valpolicella DOC: soft cherry fruit from the same corner of Veneto as your favourite bottle

Coppiere Chianti DOCG: a touch more structure, best friend of anything with tomato sauce

Boccantino Montepulciano d'Abruzzo: dark, round, and very easy to finish

Stony. Mineral. Wet stone. W**e people say it about Riesling all the time, and it sounds made up until you try one 🥂

Fritz Haag's vines grow on the Brauneberger Juffer, a slope so steep it's nearly a wall, on blue slate that soaks up the sun and hands the heat back to the grapes.

The bottle's on godrinks.com, with free w**e delivery across Bali.

Do you know? Sunset light is the best light for reading a w**e 🔍

Tilt your glass and look at the edge. Deep purple means it's young. A brick or orange rim means it has some years on it.

Same trick sommeliers use. Find your next bottle, w**e delivery anywhere in Bali: godrinks.com
