Yawara x Atambah presented “A Dialogue of Taste” an intimate omakase dinner collaboration featuring premium Japanese ingredients on 19–20 September 2026 at Deka Hall, Surabaya.

These event featuring menus created by Chef Sorimachi from Yawara: amuse-bouche, appetizer, signature, noodle, main course, rice and dessert. Each dish paired perfectly with Hibiki Japanese Harmony, Dassai 45, Dassai 23 and Dassai 39.

The evening continued with an after-party by RBA, bringing together Japanese cuisine, spirits, and music in one memorable experience.

The Exclusive Whisky Pairing Dinner by Yhe Balvenie x Atambah x Rational was as an intimate dining experience held on Thursday, 17 September 2026 at 5:30 PM at Atambah Bottle Shop featuring a specially curated whisky pairing menu.

The dinner brought together Chef Arjuna from Lotus Food Service, Wawan Kurniawan as Brand Ambassador of The Balvenie, and Chef Chris Maakh, National Corporate Chef Rational, with guests enjoying a three-course menu consisting paired with The Balvenie whiskies.

The event was supported by Lotus Food Services and created a special opportunity for 20 guests to enjoy whisky, food, and an exclusive dining experience.
