Ghost in the Cell centers on a prison called Labuhan Angsana. Within it, inmates face a variety of daily challenges, from oppression by prison officials to brutal inter-prisoner conflict.

Life there was already hard enough. But everything changed when a new inmate arrived.

Since their arrival, one by one, the inmates have begun to die in gruesome ways. Initially, these deaths were dismissed as normal. However, over time, the inmates realized something was amiss.

It turns out, there is a ghost haunting the prison.

What's different is that this ghost doesn't kill indiscriminately. It targets people with the most negative auras or energies. This means that the more evil a person is, the more likely they are to be its next victim.

This made the prisoners panic.

Those who used to live with violence and hatred were now forced to change. The prisoners began competing to do good deeds to maintain a positive aura and avoid becoming targets.
