Our journey to Chicago was a valuable opportunity to learn firsthand about the soybean supply chain, agricultural technology, procurement, and the development of the U.S. soybean industry.

It was not only about seeing how soybeans are planted and harvested using modern technology, but also understanding how an industry is built from farm to food, from farmers to value added food products.

Throughout this journey, Tempe Azaki carries one clear message:
