Junlebao Dairy Group, one of China’s leading dairy producers, faced ongoing challenges with limescale across several of its factories, impacting cooling systems, reverse osmosis processes, and overall equipment efficiency.
To address these issues, Vulcan physical water treatment systems were installed in multiple facilities:
✅ Wei County Factory saw noticeable improvements in system cleanliness with Vulcan S150 and S350 in their cooling water circuits.
✅ Baoding Factory enhanced scale control and eliminated the need for chemicals by installing Vulcan S250.
✅ Cangzhou Factory deployed a combination of Vulcan S25, S150 (×2), and S500 across RO, chilled, and cooling water systems, achieving total limescale protection across the board.
