A good bean always tells a story.
This week, we tried Malaysian beans from 103 Roastery as an espresso blend, tasted through two different cups.
The Americano revealed a profile with balanced acidity and gentle bitterness, resulting in a clean and comforting drink.
But in a latte, the beans truly came alive, unfolding a deep umami character with a rich, full-bodied texture that lingers beautifully.
Final verdict:
