One of them is Pempek. Pempek is one of traditional food of Indonesia from South Sumatera. Which is one of top five the famous food from Indonesia. However, these foods can’t last long and takes about two hours to make. T
he long process of making, make many people are reluctant to make and prefer to buy. And the other problem, pempek is easy broken and perishable food. On the basis of the issue, I create the innovation product for all the lovers of pempek called as “Tepung Intant “Pempek Nou”. The purpose of the innovation that I created is to overcome the problem of time efficiency and endurance the general problem of the product. If pempek generally have the process of making for approximately two hours, with this innovation product they can make pempek for 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, best solution for people who often confused how to make pempek and help the one who really like to eat pempek. And through this product, I want to modernization Indonesia local products. Indonesia product can compete in the international area. The reality that many people like to eat pempek is a big chance for me and my team to establish this company. Not only the product that can satisfy customer, but it is also beneficial for our company in term of increasing the company income as our capital to expand the business. And help the country to be more competitive with the other nations and develop entrepreneur skill of society especially young generation.
