We are expanding our business of bakery/pastry. We are looking to take on board an Assistant Head Baker that can assist our Japanese Head Baker in the management of the kitchen. Candidates should posses the following qualities and skills: highly passionate about baking, have minimum 4 years experience in a reputable bakery/pastry, similar position, have good people management skills, good relations with suppliers, understand kitchen and bakery processes, exemplary organizational skills, must be able to develop the team and willing to be part of a concept that will grow in Indonesia and beyond.
