Adding spices to your diet is easier than you think—especially for many Asian communities, where spices are widely used across Asian culinary traditions.
Here are few simple ways to start nourishing your body with them right away:
1. Make warm, comforting botanical drinks in the most practical way (just steep and sip our wedang).
2. Add herbs or spices to your tea.
3. Make “golden milk” by mixing turmeric and ginger into a warm glass of plant-based milk.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon over your coffee or milk to enhance the flavor and enjoy its benefits.
5. Boost your scrambled eggs or omelet with minced garlic, plus a dash of black pepper or cayenne.
6. Sprinkle herbs or spices over your salad.
