dairy products are manufactured in Normandy, a region with a worldwide reputation for the high quality flavour and nutritional content of its milk and its excellent dairy products. Collected from farms daily, our excellent fresh cow's milk, naturally high in nutrition, is processed within 48 hours. Elle & Vire's know-how in UHT processes enable the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of our products to be preserved for longer. Products are heat-treated at 170° for a few seconds, for better conservation and a longer shelf life. This enables Elle & Vire products to be exported, as they have been for over 20 years to Indonesia.
