Resep Oseng Mercon Daging Sapi:

Bahan:
500gr daging sapi, potong kecil
Bumbu halus:
10 cabe keriting
5 cabe rawit
4 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 ruas lengkuas
1 ruas jahe
Bumbu:
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula
1/2 sdt penyedap (opsional)
2 sdm minyak goreng
Daun bawang, iris (untuk taburan opsional)

Cara:
Rebus daging setengah empuk,
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
Masukkan daging sapi, masak sampai berubah warna merah.
Tambahkan cabe rawit utuhan , cabe merah potong2. Lanjut Masak sambil di kasih air
Bumbui dengan garam, gula, penyedap. Cek rasa.
Masak sampai daging empuk dan bumbu meresap.
Taburi daun bawang. Sajikan 😊
