Much more than just another cafe or surf shop, ANALOG Uluwatu is the parent company of a new Independent surf label. As a business it uses F&B to quickly create community and steady consistent cash flow. It then uses this as a platform to sell retail and slowly build a label over time.
Our food concept is casual everyday food that is quick to make / serve, transports well, photographs well and is trending on socials. It’s healthy, colorful and light, typical of what you’d expect to eat in summer.
Drink concept is made to pair with the food throughout the day. Our cafe serves high grade, specialty coffees, made in a number of ways. Our juicery makes slow and cold pressed juices and nut milks. Our bar serves natural wines and craft beers. Everything in moderation and balance.
The Cafe is the first place you enter and at the heart of ANALOG. The look is heavily inspired by Japan’s Jazz Kissa or ‘Listening bars’ with their woody interiors, Vinyl records and artwork.
Capacity of 70 seats with a main road frontage at the entrance to Uluwatu. Inside AC seating and outdoor dining options. Our Road frontage is small but location is prime. Bingin is the first main beach in the Bukit and ANALOG is 200m before the first beach turn-off to Bingin. Which means ALL the traffic to and from the Bukit comes directly past us. Padang sees less and Uluwatu even less.
Cheap lease rental for 3 more years and a rapidly growing surrounding neighborhood of villas, shops and hotels within a stones throw of the world's most famous surf spots.
Currently we have 5 investors and are seeking the final 3, with equal shares of 5% shares amongst them all on offer or full 15% for the remainder. Total is 1.6 Billion IDR.
The build of the venue is close to finishing in 6 weeks. Doors have the potential to open in Mid April to 6 days a week breakfast and lunch, then after month 2 will start dinner service and move to 7 days a week for the beginning of peak season in Bali.
Tangible assets include all FFE, OSE & MEP.
