In collaboration with the delightful Miena’s Nougat in Co. Wicklow, we’ve created a cashew nut nougat, coated in beautiful Belgian dark chocolate and a sprinkle of Achill Island Sea Salt! Our nougat bars have been retired, but we think you’re going to love the new version!

Sometimes life’s biggest joys really are the little things, like a perfectly yellow yolk and crisp sea salt flakes melting in while everything’s still warm.

How’d you like your eggs in the morning? We like ours with a little added depth, and find the smoked sea salt flakes hit the spot.

Smoked over beech and oak wood chips, they bring something new to this classic!

What a weekend at Bloom!

We loved sharing the taste of Achill with so many visitors. From sea salt tastings to great conversations with food lovers, chefs, and fellow producers, it was a fantastic few days celebrating Irish food and craftsmanship.

A special highlight was introducing our brand new Chocolate Coated Cashew Nougat and getting such great feedback on it!

Our brand new Sea Salt Visitor Experience will be open Friday-Monday 11-4pm
Tours this weekend will be walk-ins, no bookings needed, just drop in and explore behind the scenes of Achill Island Sea Salt.

Adults: €10
Under 16s: Free

The Salt Dock will also be open all weekend serving coffee and treats☕️

Last Friday marked a special milestone for Achill Island Sea Salt 🌊
We were proud to officially open our new Visitor Centre Experience and celebrate the launch of Sáile, our new body care & wellness brand inspired by the wild Atlantic coast... more on that very soon!

A big thank you to Minister Dara Calleary for officially opening our new visitor centre, and to the local councillors, TDs, representatives from Údarás na Gaeltachta, Bord lascaigh Mhara, Fáilte Ireland, Skillnet Ireland, Achill Tourism, and everyone who joined us to celebrate this exciting new chapter for Achill Island Sea Salt.

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone over the summer 👋

No booking necessary, walk ins welcome.
