A fantastic result for us at the Blas Na HEireann Irish Food Awards in Di**le last Friday!

We’re absolutely delighted that our Coleslaw was shortlisted, and our Ranch Potato Salad was awarded Bronze at this year’s awards!

It was also wonderful to celebrate alongside another local food producer, Coole Farm Salads who were also successful at the awards. It’s brilliant to see local food producers being recognised for the quality and hard work that goes into what they do.

Thank you to everyone here at Bryan Lynch Salads. This award is a reflection of the hard work, dedication and passion that goes into our products every day.

With tears in our eyes and our heartbroken hearts, we bid farewell to our beloved colleague Margaret (Maggie) Mc Cormack.

Maggie wasn’t just an employee here; she was part of our family business.
Maggie worked with us for the last 23 years and to say we had a blast is an understatement.

Maggie always had a smile on her face and always good humoured. She lived life to the full for herself, her family & her friends. We had the honour & privilege of spending over five thousand days working with Maggie, and through thick and thin, Maggie was always there and with us over those years. Every day you’d always have a crack with Maggie or slag about something, and we’re going to miss that something serious. Those little moments are what we’ll remember and miss the most.

Maggie was truly a hardworking, caring and wonderful woman and we believe she will never be replaced.

Rest easy Maggie and keep smiling. Forever in our Hearts & Forever Grateful.
