Full-Time Telesales Support (Local Role)
We’re looking for a motivated and organised full-time Telesales Support person to join our growing team.
This is a key role supporting our sales reps — helping bring structure, consistency, and energy to our sales process.
What you’ll be doing:
• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Following up on leads and enquiries
• Supporting our field sales team with appointments and pipeline management
• Keeping records up to date (CRM / sales systems)
• Helping us build and improve our telesales processes
What we’re looking for:
• Confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone
• Self-starter who can work independently and stay organised
• Previous sales or telesales experience is a big plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone who wants to be part of building something (not just filling a role)
